Grounded Flow
8 CEs – $250 – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Prerequisite: Intro to Barefoot Massage (or equivalent foundational barefoot training) Prior Thai Massage training also accepted
Grounded Flow is an innovative, bars-free barefoot massage approach that combines grounded therapist mechanics, fascial-based techniques, and active movement to create fluid, effective full-body treatments.
Instead of relying on overhead bars, you'll learn to use a low table, dual-line support straps, and a one-foot-grounded stance to deliver broad, controlled pressure with greater stability, precision, and therapist longevity.
This hands-on course focuses on efficient body mechanics, fascial continuity, nervous system regulation, and clinical reasoning. You'll explore how myofascial meridians and kinetic chain principles influence movement, compensation, and treatment outcomes while developing confidence in both prone and supine applications.
Grounded Flow utilizes unique angles of pressure and broad foot contact to engage fascial tissues in a way that feels deep, flowing, and restorative; creating treatments that support both structural change and nervous system regulation.
