The LMT Refinery - Minnesota

The LMT Refinery’s Minnesota Barefoot Massage Hub is located in Duluth, Minnesota and led by instructor Mary Easterday, LMT. Mary teaches our 3-Day Intro to Barefoot Massage class, a live, hands-on, NCBTMB-approved continuing education course for licensed massage therapists.

Designed for therapists who are new to Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage or want to strengthen their foundation, this 24 CE-hour class teaches you how to use the feet as a practical, approachable tool for deep, effective bodywork. You will learn body mechanics, overhead bar use, safety, client positioning, and full-body barefoot massage techniques you can immediately bring into practice.

While Minnesota does not currently require continuing education for massage therapists, Mary is passionate about helping therapists who believe in continually growing their skills and delivering the highest quality bodywork. She is committed to being ready when the tides change and to supporting Minnesota therapists who invest in their education because they care deeply about their clients and craft.

In addition to barefoot massage, Mary is highly knowledgeable in cupping and nutrition, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the classroom. She has a calm, caring presence, a gentle sense of humor, and consistently goes above and beyond to make students feel comfortable, supported, and confident. Mary currently teaches our Intro to Barefoot Massage class in Minnesota.
